In the first episode, I spoke about the Zonguldak Caves Visitor Centre with its designer, Ömer Selçuk Baz, co-founder of Yalın Mimarlık, and Mehmet Gençer of Gençer Mühendislik, who carried out the construction. We explored an experimental construction process supported by public funding at the visitor centre of the millennia-old Gökgöl Cave. Their collaborative approach offered a distinctive example within Turkey’s architectural context.

At the time, I did not realise that this conversation would become an important source for my first book, *Yalın Şeyler*, which I wrote years later. The experiences shared that day became one of the foundations of the book’s “Collaboration” chapter.
