The award for contribution to architecture, which İstanbulSMD gives every two years, went to Ersen Gürsel in 2021. At the award ceremony, held online because of the Covid-19 pandemic, a short film about his architecture was shown before the award was presented to Ersen Gürsel.
Müge Cengizkan and I prepared this short film, which tells the important milestones of Ersen Gürsel's career of more than fifty years.
