Architecture in the Making: MSGSÜ Istanbul Painting and Sculpture Museum

In the third episode, I spoke about the Istanbul Painting and Sculpture Museum of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University (MSGSÜ) with its architect, Emre Arolat, co-founder of EAA, and Yalçın Karayağız, former rector of MSGSÜ. We explored the museum’s design and realisation over an extended period, through the relationship between architecture and the museum programme, focusing on the contributions of different stakeholders to a cultural building.
