I have been a juror at the World Architecture Festival (WAF) for over a decade. It’s a gathering I always enjoy attending to see where the architectural world’s centre of gravity is shifting and to experience that change firsthand. At this year’s festival, taking place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on 18–20 November, I will serve as a jury member in the Future Projects Education category and chair the jury for the Best Use of Stone Prize, supported by Turkish Stones.
